Relaxing and interesting. 10/10
Roger was very welcoming and made us feel at home with him and the other guests. Facilities were clean and tidy. Meals were great, loved his 'boiled poached eggs'.

Relax, unwind and enjoy the facilities. 10/10
Rodger is a great host, Synergy is a beautiful property in a gorgeous residential area a 2 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach. Great pool, hot tub and gardens to sit in. Pool table was in full use when we had a few rainy spells. A bonus was having a massage as well, very professional. We had our dinner cooked by Rodger almost every night and it was delicious.

A unique and memorable stay. - 9.0
Roger was a very hospitable host. Cooked an amazing dinner with wine during the first night, followed by a big breakfast and coffee the next morning. Besides having nice amenities (eg pool, spa), it was Roger’s ability to make everyone feel welcome and relaxed that created a unique experience to remember.

Great facilities with the heated pool and hot tub, we spent all day outside it was so comfortable. The host was very respectful and friendly and we couldn’t fault his meals.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the house and garden setting was beautiful. It was a great place to relax and unwind. Breakfast was included and dinner on the first night. The host Roger was very accommodating and helpful.

We had our first stay at a naturist retreat and were feeling a bit nervous at first. This was quickly alleviated — Rodger was a friendly, welcoming and attentive host.
The house was exceptionally clean and tidy, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the food he prepared was absolutely amazing.
We would 100% recommend Synergy to anyone and will definitely be back!

This is a fabulous intimate property 2 minutes to a sensational beach. I came for 2 nights and stayed the whole week. Roger is the best kind of host and creates an incredible chill vibe. He’s also cooks an amazing breakfast and dinners. Nothing is too much and pre dinner drinks and wine are included. This was my first time at a naked stay and I loved it. So liberating. A must stay if in Hervey Bay. Loved it all.

Roger's home was very neat, clean and welcoming including small rooms, shared bathrooms, a wonderful heated pool, whirl-pool and beautiful garden. Roger's cooked delicious breakfasts and dinners every day for all guests, which is a great way of getting to know eachother. As newbies to nudism/naturism we experienced these events not only as an ice-breaker, but as a way to meet extremely kind people and have great conversations in fact.

Another excellent time at Roger's place, food is excellent! Roger cooks to please his guests. The location is set in a residential area but you would never know it as the entire property is secluded, there is no real road noise and the property is a short walk from the beach.

Exceptional! A very relaxing and wholesome experience. My partner and I wanted to experience naturism for the first time and we were hesitant initially but thought we would give it a chance. Roger made us feel welcomed and comfortable with ourselves instantly and was an excellent host. He cooked for us and provided complementary drinks and kindly shared his story with us. He also greeted our dog and provided him with fresh water. There was a large fenced garden for us and our dog to walk around and the facilities were at walking distance from the beach, which was great for morning walks. The hot tub and pool were kept very clean and it was a relaxing time to spend day or night since they are heated. We are very pleased with the experience and are keen to visit again!

Probably the best weekend away I've ever had and can't wait to go back shortly and will be doing this on an regular basis! From the moment we arrived on the property we felt very relaxed and calm which is what we wanted for a weekend away. Roger was amazing and felt us so relaxed and spent time getting to know us and talking with us to make us calm being at a nudist retreat that we had never done before and by the end we were actually sad and didn't want to leave as it was so enjoyable. We will be going back very shortly again to have a great weekend away and would recommend it to anyone even if your not a nudist as we aren't but enjoyed the whole time and honestly I forgot half the time I was naked as everyone was so calm and we had so many laughs and stories to share during the time that it pretty much felt like we had been there several times before already.

The whole property was exceptionally clean and tidy. Our king-sized bed was particularly comfortable. The ambience is quiet and peaceful with various areas for socialising or private moments as desired.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Synergy Nudist Retreat, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, our host, Rodger, made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease. He is truly a wonderful host—warm, friendly, and always attentive to every detail, ensuring our stay was as relaxing as possible.
This was my first experience at a nudist retreat, and I must admit myself & my wife was a little nervous at first. However, from the very start, the atmosphere was so peaceful and freeing. The retreat itself is beautifully maintained, and there's a strong sense of tranquility that permeates everything. It was the perfect opportunity to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life and just be in the moment.
One of the most surprising parts was how comfortable and natural it felt to embrace nudity in such a welcoming environment. There was zero judgment, only acceptance, and that made all the difference in our experience.
As a bonus, my wife, Kellie, found the retreat so peaceful and relaxing that she plans to stay for a few days in the future without me! + What an absolute find! I spent three nights at Synergy and am already looking forward to my next trip.
Roger is a great host who has opened up his home and life. He was very welcoming, provided breakfast everyday and dinners as well (for a moderate cost) which meant I could relax and not have to worry about having to drive into town every evening.
My room and bed were very comfortable and I slept very well.
Synergy is a small guesthouse and you have the option of mixing with the other guests - conversations around the dinner table or in the hot tub make it feel like you're staying with a group of good friends, and not at an impersonal business.

Oh, what a night? We had @ Synergy Beachside Nudist Retreat.
Roger was not only the most generous & consummate of hosts during our nudism initiation, but he was a terrific cook providing wonderful meals & great conversation thruout our stay. We soon got over any hesitations we might have had about disrobing & he made us feel both comfortable & confident in his company.
Roger's home is very private & absolutely wonderful, boasting a hot tub, pool & really first class bedding & amenities. And its only a short stroll out the back gate to the beautiful Dundowran Beach & all that Hervey Bay has to offer (including K?gari (aka Fraser Island)).

My wife's comfort comes first, and when we found out that she was the only female and everyone else was male, we had some concerns, but strangely they never stayed around as though they were not comfortable themselves. Rodger the host made us very comfortable and we had a great stay.

The bnb is awesome and should be called a resort rather than a retreat! A luxurious homestay, which is also nudist / naturist (clothing free) so definitely an added bonus. No clothes worn from when we arrived, until we unfortunately had to depart for home. We had the room with the King bed - very comfy, with a shared bathroom which in a nudist place is not a problem!
Private, safe and everything you need for a holiday rather than just a stay. Roger is an awesome host and we had a great stay.
All parts of the property are private and well screened, a heated in-ground pool and a lovely warm heated spa in a beautiful tropical garden, a large undercover area with a bbq. Ideal for the first time nudists.
Roger is a wonderful, friendly, generous host and a great cook - so we do recommend paying a little extra for the lunch and dinner package.
We would give 6 stars out of 5 if we could!

I have to admit this is the first b and b I have stayed at because I normally like to be in the heart of the town or on the beach, but can honestly say I made the right decision.
From the first point of contact to when I left Rodger made the stay unreal in every aspect, he opened his home in every way possible and even made a lovely breakfast and at no time was there any pressure to be some where at a certain time even know there was a security gate he made sure my access when I retuned was stress free, just a quick text and the gate was open. Security, layout of the house and what the house had to offer which I had access to everything was 5 star. Thanks Rodger for making the stay so enjoyable and next time I am back in Harvey Bay you will see me again.
