About Roger - Your Host

I have travelled the world working in tourism and later bought a Coach company, which my wife and I ran very successfully. I enjoy a good debate around the dinner table and enjoy gardening also a nice glass of wine which is at odds with my endeavours to keep up a fitness regime :) most off all I like to make people smile and see how a break at Synergy Nudist Retreat brings couples closer together. Synergy Nudist Retreat is situated in a quiet beach side suburb we are 2 minutes walk to the magnificent beach where its lovely to watch the sunset and a short drive to the centre of Hervey Bay . There is a limited bus service that stops at back gate. This is great base for the naturist with some of the best whale watching in the world due to the shallow Great Sandy Strait.

I enjoy seeing people try new experiences out of their comfort zone and finding great confidence when they do.

From the moment we arrived, our host, Rodger, made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease. He is truly a wonderful host—warm, friendly, and always attentive to every detail, ensuring our stay was as relaxing as possible. This was my first experience at a nudist retreat, and I must admit myself & my wife was a little nervous at first. However, from the very start, the atmosphere was so peaceful and freeing. The retreat itself is beautifully maintained, and there's a strong sense of tranquility that permeates everything. It was the perfect opportunity to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life and just be in the moment. One of the most surprising parts was how comfortable and natural it felt to embrace nudity in such a welcoming environment. There was zero judgment, only acceptance, and that made all the difference in our experience. As a bonus, my wife, Kellie, found the retreat so peaceful and relaxing that she plans to stay for a few days in the future without me! I couldn't be happier for her—she truly loves the serenity here, and it's clear how much this place means to her. If you're looking for a place to unwind, connect with nature, and find inner peace, Synergy Nudist Retreat is the perfect choice. House Rules

In order for guests to have an enjoyable& relaxing time at Synergy Nudist Retreat, I ask guests to follow the guidelines below... You have booked a nudist stay - we are NOT clothing optional, the retreat is a place for naturists and those new to naturism so in order to be able to experience the joy freedom and health of a nude lifestyle without judgement. We expect all guests to be naked at all times throughout their stay, the home, Pool and Spa are kept warm for your comfort. All areas within the property are clothing free including all garden areas. I live a clothing free lifestyle and are usually nude at all times in all areas. A maximum of 2 visitors unless by arrangement. House rules apply to all guests and in house guests are responsible for their guest's behaviour. Smoking and vaping only in the firepit area please No illicit drugs at any time. Meals or snacks can be consumed in all areas except the lounge area and bedrooms. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 6am I have lovely neighbours and we all live in this area for the quiet surroundings. No parties are to be held. The Laundry is available free of charge please use the laundry powder provided there is also an iron available , used seating towels can be placed in the laundry tub or in the basket in your room. The workshop shed is an off-limit area all other areas not secured are available. Pets are welcome but not in the lounge area or on the beds and prior notice would be appreciated and owner is to pick up any droppings. Pet sitting is available while you are out touring for $25 per day per pet. General Naturist etiquette applies. (Please refer to below...) #11 General Naturist / Nudist etiquette Things you need to know as a "newbie' or a seasoned Naturist...  Always sit on a towel (butt matts!) while nude , wherever you go...  Please do not stare at anyone or make them feel uncomfortable  Just have fun and don't be concerned about what you do or do not look like. Everyone is beautiful here  Watch the Hervey Bay sun, it feels great on your skin (however, be aware of areas that haven't had sun exposure before!), bring sunscreen or better yet seek shade options)  Behaviour and language that disrespects others will not be tolerated (nude not lewd)  Public sexual behaviour or sexual advances will not be tolerated  Remember clothing free means you are usually nude unless the weather or circumstances means its not practical to be so Need more information?
